First draw will be posted by Wednesday or prior. Books close at big drag 100 Thursday.

Schedule
Wednesday – Office opens at 9am. Exhibitions begin at 9am, pay at the gate or at the office.
Thursday – Office opens at 8am, BOOKS CLOSE AT BIG DRAG 100 Round 1 begins at 9am
Friday – Office opens at 8am, Round 2 (reverse order, predraw first with add ons after) begins at 9am
Saturday – Office opens at 8am, Finals begin at 10am
Dress Code:
Western attire (includes any long sleeve with a collar) unless you purchase a t-shirt. No ball caps. Finals must wear western attire.
$5 hat fine to be paid to the office

Awards:
All awards not picked up at the event in person. Someone can pick your award up for you. All awards not picked up or arrangements made will be forfeited.
Late Fees:
Late Fee $25 per person.
Timer Malfunction:
In the event that the primary timer fails, the backup timer will be used. Should both timers fail to work a rerun will be granted, with a clean slate. If a rider chooses not to re-run they will receive a no time.
During the Event:
No training or circling the pattern during a run. If the pattern is broken, the rider may complete the pattern at the point of the break or exit the arena. A $25 fine will be payable to the office for failure to do so.
A horse may not be entered more than once unless both riders are immediate family members from the same household.

Go-Rounds:
20% of payout will go to each go round; 35 contestants from each D each day will qualify for the finals.
The number of payouts will be determined by the number of entries. A minimum of 5 places will be paid out. All ties will be split evenly.
THE SECOND ROUND WILL BE REVERSE ORDER OF THE FIRST ROUND.
Finals:
60% of payout will go to the finals. 35 contestants from each D each day will qualify for the finals. Totaling to 350 finalists. Qualification is based on horse/rider combination and each horse/rider combination can only qualify once. If you qualify the first round and have qualifying numbers for the second round your first qualifying run will count and not your second. The second round money will be based on fastest time regardless of qualification status. The qualifiers for round two will be based on the fastest not-previously qualified run.

Youth
$1500 added; $50EF each day; 75% payback each day

Winners will be determined by the fastest time ran in this selected side-pot group. All ties will be split evenly.
Senior
$1500 added; $50EF each day; 75% payback each day
Riders 50 & over as of January 1, 2025.
Winners will be determined by the fastest time ran in this selected side-pot group.
Adult
$1500 added; $50EF each day; 75% payback each day
Riders 19- 49 as of January 1, 2025.

Payout:
Payout will be in check form and made payable to the rider. Riders must have a complete address and social security number on file in order to claim payout checks. 1099’s will be issued to any rider earning more than $600.
All checks not claimed at the event will be mailed by August 23, 2025. Delays could be caused if we do not have the rider’s complete information (ssn/ address) on file.

Sold during the event ONLY, first come first serve basis. No call-ins. Exhibitions will end an hour prior to the start of the event each day. No refunds. Any exhibition over 60 seconds will incur a $10 fee to be paid to the office. Official exhibition schedule is to be announced.
Horse/ Rider Changes:
All horse and rider changes will be granted prior to the July 16, 2025 deadline. As of August 1, 2025 any and all horse or rider changes will incur a $10 fee and must be submitted prior to their competition run. Horse or rider can be changed per entry, but not both.
Draw-Outs:
In order to receive a refund, contestants must submit an official draw out form by the designated deadlines. 80% refunds of entries, stalls, hookups, shavings, etc will be granted for any reason prior to the pre-draw / alpha draw being posted. Once pre-entry /alpha draw is posted, 50% refunds will be granted with a vet release or doctor’s release ONLY up until 8:00pm CST on the day before competition starts. Absolutely no refunds will be given after this time. Draw out forms received after this time will not constitute a refund and contestant’s entry fees will remain in the payout. It is the sole responsibility of the contestant to ensure that the release is physically received by show management before the deadline in order to receive a refund. If a draw out form is emailed, it is the contestant’s responsibility to make sure management has received and seen the email.
All disputes will be settled by Bayou Productions, LLC.
