Best 2 out of 3 Day Average:
$6500 added
$15 will be subtracted from every Open 5D entry and added into 5D avg payout. $5 will be subtracted from every side-pot entry and added into the 5D avg payout. Average payout is based on horse/ rider combination.
Must enter all 3 days.
Day Races:
$6500 added; $85EF; 75% payback each day
75% will be paid out of the remaining $85 in addition to 100% of the added money. The number of payouts will be determined by the number of entries. A minimum of 5 places will be paid out. All ties will be split evenly.

Payout:
Payout will be in check form and made payable to the rider. Riders must have a complete address and social security number on file in order to claim payout checks. 1099’s will be issued to any rider earning more than $600.
All checks not claimed at the event will be mailed by December 23, 2024. Delays could be caused if we do not have the rider’s complete information (ssn/ address) on file.
Exhibitions:
$5 each
Sold during the event ONLY, first come first serve basis. No call-ins. Exhibitions will end an hour prior to the start of the event each day. No refunds. Any exhibition over 60 seconds will incur a $10 fee to be paid to the office.

Horse/ Rider Changes:
All horse and rider changes will be granted prior to the November 30,2025 deadline. As of December 1, 2025 any and all horse or rider changes will incur a $10 fee and must be submitted prior to their competition run. Horse or rider can be changed per entry, but not both.
Draw-Outs:
In order to receive a refund, contestants must submit an official draw out form by the designated deadlines. 80% refunds of entries, stalls, hookups, shavings, etc will be granted for any reason prior to the pre-draw / alpha draw being posted. Once pre-entry /alpha draw is posted, 50% refunds will be granted with a vet release or doctor’s release ONLY up until 8:00pm CST on the day before competition starts for each event. Absolutely no refunds will be given after this time. Draw out forms received after this time will not constitute a refund and contestant’s entry fees will remain in the payout. It is the sole responsibility of the contestant to ensure that the release is physically received by show management before the deadline in order to receive a refund. If a draw out form is emailed, it is the contestant’s responsibility to make sure management has received and seen the email.

Dress Code:
Western attire (includes any long sleeve with a collar) no ball caps
$5 hat fine to be paid to the office
Timer Malfunction:
In the event that the primary timer fails, the backup timer will be used. Should both timers fail to work a rerun will be granted, with a clean slate. If a rider chooses not to re-run they will receive a no time.
During the Event:
No training or circling the pattern during a run. If the pattern is broken, the rider may complete the pattern at the point of the break or exit the arena. A $25 fine will be payable to the office for failure to do so.
A horse may not be entered more than once unless both riders are immediate family members from the same household.
Awards:
All awards not picked up at the event in person. Someone can pick your award up for you. All awards not picked up or arrangements made will be forfeited.
Late Fees:
Late Fee $25 per entry with a maximum of $50 per person
All disputes will be settled by Christmas in Dixie/ Bayou Productions, LLC.
